ShowHauler builds Motorhomes, Motorhomes with Garage and Toterhomes, we do not build trailers. The reason we do not build trailers is to allow us to focus on our core product. We continually strive to improve and perfect our motorcoaches to insure they absolutely meet every requirement and expectation our customers may have. Building Process We begin with 2" x 3" tubular steel floor and 1" x 3" tubular steel walls and roof structure 16" on center where possible. The under belly is completely undercoated. .063 aluminum exterior walls bonded (no rivets) We adhesive bond all walls and ceiling surfaces with a highly efficient bubble type insulation. Interior rough walls are 7/16" structure board tied to the 1" x 3" structural steel walls and roof. This creates a incredibly strong structural cage. Fiberglass rear cap and L.E.D. exterior clearance and tail lights Finished Interior Exterior Recreation Vehicle Industry Association approved
